We offer self-pay rates of $175 for assessments and $125 for ongoing therapy sessions. Please note that if you use insurance, your rate may vary based on your plan’s coverage and contractual agreements.

Right now, all sessions are conducted virtually via Telehealth. Starting in March, we’ll also be available for in-person sessions at our new Westlake location!

Yes! We currently accept Aetna and United Health/Optum. If your insurance isn’t listed, we’re happy to provide a monthly Superbill that you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance can be a maze, so we always recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly. You’ll want to confirm that we’re in-network by using our Tax ID: 994804370, not our names, and ask about your coverage for outpatient mental health services in an office setting (CPT codes 90791 and 90837).

Life happens, and we understand! That said, we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a fee, and no-shows will be responsible for the full session fee (not just the co-pay or insurance rate).

We accept cash, major credit cards, and payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Payment is due at the time of service.

Our therapists have flexible schedules to provide the best care possible. Availability varies, so your therapist will discuss their specific hours with you during your initial contact.
